Killer Kross On We Want Kross Chants: It’s Very Meaningful
Killer Kross discusses #WeWantKross
Killer Kross comments on We Want Kross.
Following Kross’ exit from WWE where he wrestled under the ring name Karrion Kross, fans chanted ‘we want Kross’ and started social media hashtags in the name of getting Kross back on WWE television.
While speaking to Ben Veal on Wrestling Life, Kross was asked about the chants and social media trends, noting that he feels like they’re very meaningful.
“It’s been really wonderful. It’s one thing when you’re given a creative direction and it lands with the audience and they’re happy with it. That feels very good. It’s a mission accomplished. When the audience is choosing you When the equation was not formulated for you to be chosen, they had other people in mind, and the audience is saying, ‘no, actually, this is our guy. This guy’s great. We’re picking him’. That’s pretty cool. I mean, I don’t quite think that like that has ever happened to me before. Not that I could think of. So it’s very meaningful.”
Elsewhere in another recent interview, Killer Kross noted that he would not do an angle where he loses his job. You can read more about that here.
