Killer Kross heard he was originally set to face Drew McIntyre and Roman Reigns in a match following his return.

In August of 2022, Kross and Scarlett would return to WWE in a segment featuring Drew McIntyre and The Bloodline, where Kross would brutally assault McIntyre before staring down Roman Reigns. While the pair did not get a singles match, Kross is still hopeful of the match happening.

While speaking to Scaredy Cast in a new interview, Killer Kross was asked if there was any matches that he still wants to have in wrestling, naming a match with Roman Reigns while also noting original plans following his WWE return where he was to work with.

“I would have liked to have paid off the match with Roman Reigns. I had heard a few different variations of what was supposed to happen with that. One of the variations was like a potential triple threat between me, Drew, and Roman when we first came back. But somebody else came back to the company and got involved with creative shortly after us and completely killed that and then drove, you know, Drew off a cliff.”

Elsewhere in the same interview, Kross named the most famous wrestler in his phone contact list. You can read more about that here.
