Kenny Omega Responds To Report That He’s ‘Battling Very Serious Pain’: “Everybody Is In Some Way, Right?”

Kenny Omega is focused on his next bout.

There was a note in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that Kenny Omega is ‘battling very serious pain right now.’

That began to circulate on social media, and it made its way to Omega. He tweeted the following:

Everybody is in some way, right?

Let’s not worry about me, we got work to do next week! I’ll be fine💪

Omega competed in the Lights Out Steel Cage match at AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door. He was also present on the August 27th edition of AEW Dynamite and reunited with Hangman Adam Page.

Omega and Page are set for an All-Star eight-man tag team match on the 9/3 Dynamite. They’ll be teaming with JetSpeed (Kevin Knight & ‘Speedball’ Mike Bailey) to take on TNT Champion Kyle Fletcher, Josh Alexander, and The Young Bucks (Matt Jackson & Nick Jackson).
