Karrion Kross Says WWE Never Offered Scarlett A New Deal, Was Told, ‘We’ll Deal With Her After You’

On August 10th, Karrion Kross and Scarlett officially became free agents as their WWE contracts expired and were not renewed.

They confirmed their departures on social media posts and through Kross’ vlog, which aired on August 10th.

Speaking to Ariel Helwani on The Ariel Helwani Show, Kross revealed Scarlett was never offered a new deal from WWE.

“There was no offer to her. I was told at one point, because I did inquire, ‘After we deal with you, we’ll deal with her.’ I don’t see why we couldn’t have done things the way we did them before where we do the deals together,” he said.

During the interview, Kross revealed that WWE offered him a new deal the week his old deal expired, and gave him 24 hours to accept before rescinding it. Kross said he couldn’t accept the deal without a discussion of metrics and value, which never happened.
