For wrestlers in major companies, outside ventures are not impossible, but require permission in most cases. For Karl Fredericks, formerly known as Eddy Thorpe in WWE, permission was denied earlier this year.

In a new social media post, Fredericks noted that WWE rejected the idea of him DJing in Las Vegas for free during WrestleMania week.

Fredericks was released from his WWE contract at the beginning of May.
