John Cena Shares The Biggest Lesson He Learned From His WWE Career

John Cena will wrap up his WWE career in December when he has his final match. Cena started with WWE in 2000 in Ohio Valley Wrestling, and has become one of the greatest of all time in the 25 years since.
Cena has won a record 17 world championships, headlined multiple WrestleMania events, and transcended wrestling through his Hollywood career.
Speaking to Stephanie McMahon on What’s Your Story? Cena was asked the biggest lesson he’s learned during his career.
“The biggest over-reaching lesson is that it is an absolute fictitious dream job that I’m so lucky exists. It is something that I never knew how much I needed in my life and still, to this day, is something I can’t live without. Also, it ends for everyone. No one is immortal. No moment is immortal. No one remembers you forever. None of it matters. The best thing you can do is, if you really love something and something is important to you, when you get a chance to do it, do the best you can and be as coachable as you can,” he said.
Cena is set to defend his Undisputed WWE Championship against Cody Rhodes in the main event of WWE SummerSlam.
