Earlier this month, JR confirmed that he had been diagnosed with colon cancer and on May 26th, announced that he would be undergoing surgery on May 27th.

In a new social media post on the morning of May 27th, Ross noted he had checked in for the surgery and is ready to kick cancer ‘out on its ass’.
