Jey Uso Wins Battle Royal, Set To Face CM Punk For World Heavyweight Championship At WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event

Jey Uso will be on the quest for gold at Saturday Night’s Main Event.

The October 20 edition of WWE Raw was headlined by a huge opportunity, as many names clashed in a battle royal match to determine who will face CM Punk for the vacant WWE World Heavyweight Championship at Saturday Night’s Main Event on November 1. This match was made after Adam Pearce stripped Seth Rollins of the title due to injury.

The match came down to four huge names — Jimmy Uso, Jey Uso, LA Knight, and Dominik Mysterio. Knight and Jimmy Uso got caught up on the ropes, but Jey Uso took advantage of the situation, knocking both stars off the apron to eliminate them.

Moments later, Dominik Mysterio caught Jey Uso with a dropkick to the back in an attempt to set up his father’s signature 619 move. Uso was able to get up quickly and toss a running Mysterio over the top rope to win the bout.

The show closed with an in-ring stare down between CM Punk and Jey Uso. At ringside, Jimmy Uso was visibly upset with his brother.

As of publish time, the World Heavyweight Championship match between CM Punk and Jey Uso is the only bout set for Saturday Night’s Main Event.
