Jeff Jarrett: Nobody Was Like Owen Hart Until I Met Hangman Page

Jeff Jarrett gives Hangman credit for being like Owen Hart.

Ahead of the Owen Hart tournament last year, Jeff Jarrett would cut a highly emotional promo about his friend. This promo would be praised throughout the industry, by fans and talent alike, with the promo firing up Hangman Page ahead of the tournament he would go on to lose in the finals.

While speaking to Hangman Page in AEW’s new The Good, The Bad And The Hangman special ahead of AEW WrestleDream, Jeff Jarrett noted that nobody was like Owen Hart until he met Hangman.

“I’ve run into so many guys through this business. Nobody, and I’ve said it over and over and over, nobody was like Owen. He was just such a unique kind of guy. Until I met you (Hangman Page). In a lot of ways, and that’s the good that you embody, Owen. So, I carry a little bit of Owen and a little bit of Hangman with me everywhere I go.”
