Jade Cargill: We Wanted To Use Mace And Razors At WWE Evolution
Jade Cargill and Naomi clashed in a No Holds Barred bout at WWE Evolution, the culmination of their rivalry that dated back to 2024 when they were friends before Naomi’s betrayal.
The bout featured a variety of weapons, including chairs, kendo sticks, a toolbox, and tables.
Cargill wanted to go even further.
“There was so much we wanted to use that was asked,” Cargill told Alistair McGeorge of Metro. “We wanted to use mace, that was going to be tough, and then we wanted to use razors, and that was going to be tough, but I welcome it! I wish we were able to use the mace. [But] we gotta think about the crowd, we don’t want anybody in the crowd to be maced, because mace goes so far. That would’ve been wild! The whole first front row would have been lit with mace!”
Cargill said they didn’t need the headlines that would come out if fans in the front row got hit with mace.
Jade Cargill was victorious in the WWE Evolution bout, but Naomi bounced back later in the evening, cashing in her Money in the Bank briefcase to win the WWE Women’s World Championship.
