Jacy Jayne reacts to retaining her WWE NXT Women’s Championship at NXT New Year’s Evil on January 6th.
At NXT New Year’s Evil, Jacy Jayne would defend her title against the winner of the Women’s Iron Survivor Challenge, Kendal Grey. With the help of her Fatal Influence stable mate Fallon Henley, Jayne was able to score a pinfall victory over Grey and retain her NXT Women’s Championship. While NXT Men’s Champion Oba Femi is looking to move on from his reign quickly, Jacy is only ‘just getting started’.
While speaking in a new video posted to WWE NXT social media platforms, Jacy would discuss her victory at New Year’s Evil, declaring that the ‘shock the world tour’ is only just getting started.
“Starting 2026 off, beating another one of your favorites. If you thought you’d seen the best of Jacy Jayne in 2025, well, let me tell you, you ain’t seen nothing yet. The Shock the World Tour is only just getting started.”
