Matt Jackson: I Think Jack Perry Would’ve Fit In Easily During Our Bullet Club Days

Matt Jackson has high praise for Jack Perry.
AEW WrestleDream was home to another stellar pay-per-view performance from the Young Bucks, as they lost to the Jurassic Express duo of Jack Perry and Luchasaurus.
Speaking with Justin Barrasso of Undisputed for a new interview, Matt Jackson said that Perry would’ve fit in with the Bullet Club during their crazy height of popularity, which peaked in 2017-2018.
“I think Jack would’ve fit in very easily during the Bullet Club days. He’s a lot like us in many ways. Young, handsome, and confident–and he seems to have a chip on his shoulder, something we’ve had for 21 years now. We bust his chops a lot, like in an older brother way. It’s because we love him and think highly of him.”
As many fans will know, Perry had a short stint under the Bullet Club umbrella in 2024, as he was briefly a member of the House Of Torture subgroup in NJPW.
Elsewhere in the interview, Matt Jackson had a ton of praise for the current state of AEW’s tag team division. Fans can check out his full comments by clicking here.
