At NXT Homecoming on September 16th last year, The Culling (Dame and Paxley) would face off with Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss in a match for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships, with Bliss and Flair retaining the titles on that night.
While speaking to the Going Ringside in a new interview, Izzi Dame spoke about getting the chance to wrestle Charlotte Flair, noting that it was a bucket list item for her as Charlotte is ‘her idol’.
“So obviously my idol is Charlotte, but me and Charlotte, which was- this was really awesome. When me and Tatum were still together, Tatum’s idol is Alexa and mine is Charlotte, and we had a tag match against them, which was awesome. Like dream come true, bucket list check.”
