Iyo Sky Talks Her Signature Taunt: It Kind Of Just Came Out Naturally

Iyo Sky talks about her signature taunt.

Over the past year or so, Iyo Sky has used a range of taunts to express herself while in the ring. However, one that has been used more than the others and loved by fans alike is her taunt where she rapidly points to her own head with both hands. The taunt has become a favorite of fans, with fans mirroring Sky when she does it in the ring.

In an interview with Abema (translated by meraWrestling), Sky spoke about her signature taunt.

“This, right? (taunts) It’s me! It’s me! It’s me! It’s me, right? It’s like ‘look at me!’ or ‘I did it!’ It just kind of came out naturally, you know? Then when I did it, people started reacting little by little. So I thought, ‘let’s keep doing it’. Now everyone’s like ‘yay!'”
