Ivy Nile To Get First Shot At Maxxine Dupri And WWE Women’s Intercontinental Title
Ivy Nile will be the first person to challenge Maxxine Dupri for the WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship.
A date for the bout has not been made official.
Raw General Manager Adam Pearce promised Nile the first match on Monday’s WWE Raw after Nile reminded Pearce that Maxxine has never defeated her.
Pearce said that she didn’t have to sell him or Maxxine on the match, but that Maxxine is currently training with Natalya, so he needed to get things in line.
A vignette aired of Maxxine and Natalya, who was channeling Nattie Neidhart, training at the Dungeon on Monday’s WWE Raw.
Dupri and Nile last wrestled in July on WWE Main Event. Nile was victorious in the match.
