HOOK Returns On 8/27 AEW Dynamite, Debuts New Theme Song & Lays Out Wheeler Yuta
Wheeler Yuta was laid out by HOOK.
Following Jon Moxley scoring a win over Daniel Garcia in the opening match of the August 27th AEW Dynamite, Wheeler Yuta, who accompanied Moxley to the ring for the bout, returned to the ring after the commercial break.
He spoke about staying in the ring and the show not continuing. Yuta stated that he lives in Philadelphia and used to work ring crew at the 2300 Arena.
The lights in the venue went out, and then the symbol for HOOK showed up. HOOK made his first AEW appearance since May 2025. He hit the ring and put Yuta in a Tazmission and followed that up with a superman punch.
HOOK had been off television as he was recovering from a concussion. HOOK is no longer using ‘The Chairman’s Intent’ by Action Bronson. He debuted a new theme song.
