Grayson Waller talks Austin Theory, noting his disappearance has been a positive.
In July of this year, Austin Theory would have his final WWE appearance for the time being as he competed on a match on WWE Main Event. Soon after, Grayson Waller would begin working with The New Day (Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston) after Theory was taken of WWE TV. Now, Waller has spoken further about his former tag team partner.
While speaking to Insight with Chris Van Vliet, Waller was asked about Theory, noting that he’s been gone for a long time and that he thinks that’s a positive.
“Theory? Oh yeah, he was the big idiot, the big jacked idiot. Yeah, I haven’t seen him. That’s kind of crazy. He’s been gone for a long time, that’s a good thing. I think that’s a positive.”
Waller was then asked what happens when Theory comes back, noting that their team had run its course.
“I’m good dude, that’s if he comes back. I haven’t heard from him. Have you heard from him? I got nothing to say about Austin Theory; that’s the past. I think it’s sometimes things run their course, and you just got to move on and hang with The New Day now. That’s a much more positive experience.”
Elsewhere in the same interview, Waller spoke about how Bron Breakker changed his mind about Australia following WWE’s recent visit for Crown Jewel Perth. You can read more about that here.
