Goldberg: I Kicked Bret Hart In The Head On Accident, I’ve Been Remorseful Ever Since. People Make Mistakes
Goldberg is sorry.
The tension between Bret Hart and Goldberg is still as high as its ever been, with Hart often expressing his resentment towards Goldberg for ending his in-ring career.
Goldberg has often apologized for the incident, even to the point where he’s expressed frustration with Hart’s lack of acceptance.
In a new interview with The National Football show, Goldberg made his case once again, saying that people have to understand that mistakes happen.
“I kicked Bret Hart in the head on accident a hundred years ago and I’ve been remorseful ever since. I’ve said I was sorry — and I was young in the business. People make mistakes. People have to understand that.”
Elsewhere in the interview, Goldberg said that it will be an honor to share a ring with Gunther. Check out his full comments by clicking here.
