Giulia Reflects On Returning To Japan With WWE: I Just Feel So Happy To Be Back

Giulia reacts to returning to Japan with WWE.

During WWE’s recent tour of Japan, several wrestlers returned to their old stomping grounds but for Giulia, it would mark her first return to compete in Japan since she joined NXT last year. Now, she has commented on the return.

In a new interview with WWE Japan about her return to Japan, Giulia spoke about being able to return to the country with WWE, noting that she feels ‘so happy’ to be back. Giulia also noted that the return to Japan reminded her of how she used to wrestle while she was in Japan.

“At first, I thought it might be a little soon to come back after just one year. But after spending a year in WWE, I mean… going through all kinds of challenges, coming back to Japan and wrestling in front of Japanese fans really feels like returning to my roots. It reminds me of how I used to wrestle when I was in Japan. Being able to share the same space with everyone here… I just feel so happy to be back.”
