Gedo Offers To Prepare Opponent For Hiroshi Tanahashi’s Final Match At NJPW Wrestle Kingdom 20
Gedo offers an assist to Tanahashi.
New Japan Pro-Wrestling presented NJPW Hiroshi Tanahashi ~ Final Homecoming on November 2nd. The semi-main event saw Tanahashi challenge Yota Tsuji for the IWGP Global Heavyweight Championship. Tsuji defeated Tanahashi to retain.
While Tanahashi was giving his post-match remarks backstage, he was approached by NJPW booker Gedo. Gedo offered to prepare an opponent for Tanahashi’s final match at Wrestle Kingdom 20 in January 2026.
