Fit Finlay Sends Message To David Finlay: “I’m Excited For The Next Chapter”

Fit sends a message to his son.

After David Finlay fell in defeat to Callum Newman at NJPW The New Beginning in Osaka, he appeared to have bid farewell to New Japan.

Finlay bowed to the audience and kissed the NJPW logo. He did not give backstage comments after his match. David’s father, Fit Finlay, took to X to send a message to his son and noted that he’s excited for David’s next chapter.

Fit is a coach/producer for WWE’s NXT brand. Fit’s other son and David’s brother, Uriah Connors, is signed to WWE and is part of the NXT brand.

David Finlay is scheduled to be in action on February 27th at NJPW The New Beginning USA. He’ll be facing Fred Rosser in singles action.
