Fallon Henley Captures WWE Women’s Speed Championship At NXT Gold Rush Week Two

The new Women’s Speed Champion is Fallon Henley.

The second championship match of the night at NXT Gold Rush week two saw the final of the WWE Women’s Speed Championship tournament.

With Sol Ruca relinquishing the title due to injury, a tournament was set up to determine the next title holder. The final saw Ruca’s partner, ZARIA, taking on Fatal Influence’s Fallon Henley.

The five-minute time limit expired, so NXT General Manager Ava made her way out to the ring and restarted the match, declaring sudden death rules.

On the outside of the ring, Fatal Influence’s Lainey Reid pulled Henley out of the way of ZARIA’s spear, and it led to Fallon Henley becoming champion. Henley is now the Women’s Speed Champion. Fatal Influence’s Jacy Jayne is once again NXT Women’s Champion after defeating Tatum Paxley at NXT Gold Rush week one.
