Ethan Page Sets Record For Most Successful NXT North American Championship Defenses

A milestone in Page’s current title reign.

The main event of the February 17th episode of WWE NXT on The CW was Ethan Page defending the NXT North American Championship against Shiloh Hill.

Throughout the night, it was promoted that if Page won the match, he’d set the record for the most successful North American Title defenses.

The conclusion of the match saw Page emerge victorious after receiving help from The Vanity Project (Jackson Drake, Ricky Smokes & Brad Baylor).

Page has been in possession of the title since May 2025. He’s had 12 defenses of the belt.
