On December 13th at WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event, John Cena would compete in his final match, tapping out to a sleeper hold applied by Gunther, going out on his back. NXT talent featured on the undercard for the bout, but for Ethan Page, he didn’t really care about Cena’s retirement.

In a new fan Q and A recorded by Rock N Co Wrestling, Ethan Page along with Wren Sinclair and Kendal Grey. While Wren and Kendal would speak on how they were sad to see Cena go, Page had a different tune regarding Cena’s retirement.

“I didn’t really care. I will say this. I think I was the most John Cena yesterday during John Cena’s day because I was working while everyone was just out there celebrating. Yeah, I had a job to do, so I defended my championship. That’s kind of what I was focused on.”
