El Grande Americano vs. Octagón Jr. Announced For AAA’s July 25th Show

El Grande versus Octagón is locked in.

Coming up for AAA is their July 25th event at Gimnasio Olímpico Juan de la Barrera in Mexico City. It was announced that Octagón Jr. will be taking on WWE’s El Grande Americano at the event.

This will be the second time the El Grande character wrestles at an AAA-branded show. It has been reprised by Ludwig Kaiser while Gable is out of action due to injury.

In June, Octagón Jr. wrestled at WWE x AAA Worlds Collide and then went on to challenge Dominik Mysterio for the WWE Intercontinental Championship that same day.

El Grande was in action on the 7/7 Monday Night Raw and scored a win over Dragon Lee.
