Details On Contract Status Of Highly Touted Wrestling Prospect

A highly touted prospect is not under a contract anywhere.
On a recent episode of Ring of Honor TV, independent standout Adam Priest appeared and revealed he’ll be working with the Workhorsemen. There were posts that picked up traction that said he ” alluded on ROH TV that he has been officially signed for a month now.” While that post is a contradiction in its own, we learned more.
Fightful Select learned from sources close to Adam Priest that he’s not currently signed with any company, much less All Elite Wrestling or Ring of Honor. As of now, he’s still a free agent, though there are plans for him working on the ROH brand.
Adam Priest has long been considered one of the top unsigned talents in pro wrestling. The 29-year old has worked fairly regularly in ROH this year, competing in seven matches since January, including an ROH World Title match against Bandido. He’s also worked television on MLW, NXT in the past and is a Deadlock Pro Wrestling regular, where he is World Champion.
