Court Dismisses Kevin Kelly & Tate Twins’ Appeal In Case Against AEW

The latest update on the case.

An update on the lawsuit involving All Elite Wrestling, former AEW commentator Kevin Kelly, and former AEW/ROH talents the Tate Twins (Brandon Tate & Brent Tate) was provided by Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics.

The 11th Circuit Court dismissed the appeal brought forth by Kelly and the Tate Twins to reverse the judge’s decision to send their defamation case to arbitration.

The Tate Twins and Kelly sued AEW, Tony Khan, and current AEW/ROH commentator Ian Riccaboni. They alleged breach of contract, defamation, and additional claims following their respective departures from the company.

In relation to the involved parties, The Tate Twins were scheduled to face AEW’s The Outrunners (Turbo Floyd & Truth Magnum) at an independent show. Brandon Tate took to social media and claimed that AEW President Tony Khan pulled The Outrunners from the event.
