Cody Rhodes vs. Drew McIntyre For Undisputed WWE Title Made Official For Wrestlepalooza PLE

Undisputed WWE Title match is locked in for the PLE.

This past Friday on SmackDown, Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes made his return to WWE programming for the first time since August. He had been taken out by Drew McIntyre.

Rhodes’ return saw him stopping McIntyre from kicking Randy Orton’s head through the bottom layer of the commentary desk.

After Rhodes made McIntyre retreat, he called him out for the Wrestlepalooza Premium Live Event on September 20th. While the 9/15 Monday Night Raw was live, the match was made official, and it will be for the Undisputed WWE Championship.
