Cody Rhodes: I Have A Feeling Logan Paul Will Be World Champion At Some Point

Cody Rhodes talks about Logan Paul possibly becoming a world champion.

Cody Rhodes sees Logan Paul as a future world champion.

Logan Paul made his WWE in ring debut at WrestleMania 38, and has since gone on to become an active WWE superstar despite his celebrity status. Paul has seen a lot of praise for his ability with little experience and training compared to other longtime wrestlers.

While speaking to Bill Simmons in a new interview, Rhodes stated his belief that Paul will become a world champion in WWE in the future after being asked if he gets mad at how good Paul is for his experience level.

“No. If he had just stepped in and was immediately as good as he was, I’d be furious. One of the hardest working people I’ve ever seen. If you consider him a heel, that’s okay, he is as prickly as it gets, but his story of doing the work is accurate. His secret weapon is Shane Helms. They are attached at the hip. They’re talking wrestling, training wrestling. He took it as seriously as anybody ever. I have a feeling he is going to end up being World Champion or WWE Champion as some point. The internet will explode and we’ll be fine. He is very special. As legitimate as a prick as you can meet, but I love having him on the team. He is a massive asset to WWE. Going to be a future champion, for sure.”

Elsewhere in the same interview, Cody would talk about potentially turning heel. You can read more about that here.
