CM Punk On Ronda Rousey Vs Gina Carano: We’re Going To Find Out If Ronda Rousey’s Still Got It

CM Punk comments on Ronda Rousey returning to mixed martial arts to take on Gina Carano later this year.

For the first time since 2016, UFC Hall of Famer Ronda Rousey will be stepping back into the world of mixed martial arts. She’ll be making her return on May 16thagainst Gina Carano in an event that will be promoted by Jake Paul’s Most Valuable Promotions.

While speaking to talkSPORT in a new interview, CM Punk was asked about Ronda Rousey’s return to fighting, noting that he thinks ‘we’re going to find out if she’s still got it’.

“I think it’s great. We’re going to find out if she’s still got it. I think fighting at an older age, trust me, I am an expert on this. It’s not the easiest thing to do. But she’s fighting somebody who’s age comparable, who also has had a long layoff. Both big names, both big superstars. I think people are going to tune in to watch this, and I know I will.”
