CM Punk discusses being on the WWE 2K26 cover after being on the WWE 13′ cover over a decade ago.
Earlier this week it was announced that CM Punk would feature on the cover of WWE 2K26, marking the second time he will grace the cover of a WWE video game, having previously done so for the cover art of WWE 13′.
While speaking to Complex News in a new interview, CM Punk was asked about being on the cover art of both games and what is different between then and now.
“You know, I mean, it doesn’t get any less exciting. I’m on the cover of a video game again, and I think when you’re a kid, those are like bucket list items that you don’t really recognize as bucket list items. Like it’s, the excitement for me never dulls when I have a new action figure coming out. It’s the same as when I got a first one. I’m on a cover of a video game again. To me, it just illustrates like the staying power. Like I’m still here. I’m still doing it at a very high level, still on top. So the differences- there’s a little bit of gray in my beard. That’s really, it’s really about it.”
