Chelsea Green Vows To Rebuild WWE After Recapturing US Championship

Giulia may have broken Chelsea Green’s record for the longest women’s United States Championship reign in WWE history, but Green took offense to that. She won back the championship in less than two minutes on Friday Night Smackdown to become a double champion. Currently, she’s also one half of the AAA Mixed Tag Team Champions with Ethan Page.

Green’s victory shocked the WWE Universe as she made quick work against Giulia who absolutely ran through everyone that came before her. Now, she took to social media to celebrate her second championship win.

“I vow to rebuild our company and this WWE United States Women’s Championship starting TODAY,” Green wrote. “Red, White, & GREEN begins now. The second term will be the most historic.”

This marks Green’s second singles championship in WWE. Both reigns have been with the US Championship as she became the inaugural champion at the end of last year.
