Chelsea Green Suffers Injury, Unable To Defend AAA World Mixed Tag Titles With Ethan Page

Green is unable to compete.

Advertised for the February 7th AAA on FOX was a World Mixed Tag Team Championship match. Ethan Page and Chelsea Green were supposed to defend the belts against the duo of Lola Vice and Mr. Iguana.

In the lead-up to the match, Page was in contact with Green via cellphone as she was not at the venue. Before the match, Page FaceTimed Green, and she said she could not make it and then showed her foot in a walking boot.

Stepping into frame was La Hiedra, and she stepped up as Page’s new partner.

On commentary, Corey Graves stated that Green suffered the injury on the 2/6 Friday Night SmackDown in her Elimination Chamber qualifying match.
