On July 29th, WWE Unreal’s first season would launch on Netflix, showing a behind the scenes look at WWE’s creative process. Flair was featured on the show as it looked to cover Charlotte’s return at the 2025 Royal Rumble and her storyline with Tiffany Stratton leading up to WrestleMania 41.

While speaking to Houston Life’s Lauren Kelly in a new interview, Charlotte was asked about WWE Unreal and how she would describe it for fans who have yet to watch it.

“For WWE Unreal, it really gives a look behind the scenes in terms of what happens in the writing room, gorilla, the personalities of all the different talent. It kind of strips away the entrances, the glitz, the glam, and you really see the nitty gritty of what it takes to do this 52 weeks a year, and the emotions, the intensity, all of it, all of the above.”

Kelly would then note that she’d never heard of gorilla position before, and Charlotte noted she still feel

“It feels weird to even say that, even in an interview, because I’m like, it was so taboo before to be like, gorilla? Like, huh?”
