Candice LeRae Says Bayley Was Right About Michael Cole After He Kept Calling Her ‘Candice Michelle’ At WWE Evolution
Candice LeRae competed in the women’s battle royal at WWE Evolution, although you may have missed her appearance as Michael Cole kept calling her Candice Michelle.
Even after being called out by Wade Barrett about the name flub, Cole still called LeRae, “Candice Michelle.”
It was all part of a rough weekend for LeRae.
On Instagram, she wrote, “‘How’s life?’ Well…. Michael Cole keeps screwing up my name (@itsmebayley was right about him apparently), the NXT girls are super disrespectful bullies, and then I came home to my beautiful son…. Who kicked me in the nose and busted me open. Doing great. But hey! I have new merch sooooo…. If anyone is interested in cheering me up…. There’s that.”
LeRae was eliminated by Jaida Parker in the battle royal. She eliminated Maxxine Dupri and, despite being eliminated for the match, helped eliminate Kelani Jordan.
Candice Michelle is a former WWE Women’s Champion, but was not in attendance for WWE Evolution. She has not wrestled since 2017 and hasn’t wrestled in WWE since 2009.
