NORTHERN CALIFORNIA — WOULD YOU COME TO THIS?
Cain Velasquez-Holotropic Breathing Seminar
After my release on February 15th, I’m exploring the idea of hosting a one-day Holotropic Breathing Seminar in the San Jose area.
This would be an in-person experience focused on:
• Guided holotropic breathing
• Mental & emotional reset
• Stress release & clarity
• A personal meet & greet
• Q&A and shared conversation
• Group photo
Breathwork has been a powerful tool for me—physically, mentally, and spiritually—and I’d like to share it with others in a focused, intentional setting.
This would be a PAID, limited-capacity seminar.

In 2022, Velasquez was arrested after engaging in a high-speed chase during which he fired a gun multiple times into a car that contained Harry Goularte Jr., a man Velasquez accused of molesting his son. Velasquez faced a multitude of charges, including attempted murder.
He ended up reaching an agreement with prosecutors that saw him receive five years in prison with four years of supervised parole.
