Billie Starkz Announced For Smitty Werbenjägermanjensen Memorial Tournament

Billie Starkz is no weenie. 

ROH Women’s TV Champion Billie Starkz is the latest competitor announced for the second non-annual Smitty Werbenjägermanjensen Memorial Tournament. The event takes place on August 23.

The announcement was first made by Cole Radrick on Fightful’s In The Weeds.
