Bear Bronson Reflects On Winning First Tag Titles With Gabby Forza, ‘It Was Badass’
Since returning to the independent wrestling circuit following his departure from AEW in 2025, Bear Bronson has frequently teamed up with his life partner, Gabby Forza. Collectively, they’re known as the Savage Gnomes.
On August 10, 2025, they defeated TJ Crawford and B3CCA to capture the Blitzkrieg! Pro Wrestling Tag Team Championship. A few days later, Bear Bronson would reflect on getting that opportunity on short notice during the interview with Joel Pearl of Fightful. He reflected on the fun experience that led them to capturing their first Tag Team Championships together.
”Well, it was really quick. Cause we didn’t know until maybe Sunday. We didn’t know until very, very last minute, and it was very fun because that was our first tag team titles we’d ever won together. This was Blitzkrieg Pro in Enfield, Connecticut. We won from B3CCA and TJ Crawford. It was a badass match, man. It was a lot of fun. We had gotten to the show late, so we literally got in, got changed, went right to the ring. But the thing is, all four of us are pros. We’re like, ‘Know what? It’s happening whether anyone likes it or not. So let’s just get out through that curtain. Whatever happens, happens,’ and it happened.”
Gabby & Bronson teamed at C4 Fighting Back against Cecil Nyx & Kristara and Haley Dylan & Kevin Blackwood in a three-way tag team match.
