Bayley Shares Message To Sol Ruca Ahead Of Saturday Night’s Main Event: My Time Is (STILL) Now
December 13 is finally here which can only mean one thing. After building up to this Saturday Night’s Main Event show for the entire year, Washington, DC, plays host to John Cena’s final match. Streaming live on Peacock, one of the featured matches is Bayley going one-on-one against NXT’s Sol Ruca.
Cena made his message clear, he wants to focus on the next generation. This edition of SNME will have “exhibition matches”, as he called them. One of those is Bayley’s first ever match against Ruca, the former NXT North American and Speed Champion.
“Honored to be a part of history tonight,” Bayley wrote. “You’re one of a kind, Sol Ruca. In my opinion, you have all the tools to be on a similar path to someone like Bianca Belair. But my time is (STILL) now. #ThankYouCena”
Other than appearing as The Cinnemoji, this will be Ruca’s first appearance on the main roster. After working her way up in NXT, Ruca will face arguably her toughest test to date as she’s set to face a former multi time Women’s Champion.
Bayley vs. Sol Ruca is one of four matches on Saturday Night’s Main Event. Fightful will have full coverage of the event when it begins at 8:00 p.m. EST.
