Bayley in recent years has become one of the top veterans in WWE’s women’s roster, having been a feature of some of the biggest moments in the women’s divisions history in WWE. In 2025, she has proven to be a locker room leader for the women’s roster, including for her tag team partner Lyra Valkyria.
While speaking on Beyond The Match in a new interview alongside Lyra Valkyria, Bayley was asked about becoming a locker room leader.
“Oh, you know, it’s a lot of weight on my shoulders. It’s a lot of work. It’s not something that I asked for, but, you know, it’s something that just fell upon me. These idiots need guidance. I’m so giving, dude. I’m just so giving, and, it just looks natural. I don’t want these responsibilities. They kind of just fell into my lap because of my talent. So, you know, she’s (Lyra) just there. So what am I going to do? Just let her flock around on her own?”
