A new ‘Immersed’ mini-documentary episode was rolled out by Fight Network and TNA Wrestling. It was centered around Ash by Elegance’s journey through TNA and ultimately having to step away from in-ring action.
While discussing her road to landing in TNA, Ash said getting the phone call to go there saved her life post-WWE release. She added that TNA creative team member Tommy Dreamer saved her career.
Ash: “And then, around the holidays, I was able to transition my mind into, okay, what’s next? And then I got the call that saved my life, and that was from Tommy Dreamer, and he said, ‘Kid, I’ve watched you. You were never given a fair shot,’ and he took me under his wing. Here I am, he saved my wrestling career.”
Dreamer: “I was very hands-on with Ash early, like I am with most talents when they come to TNA, and I’m there for a reason. I have to adapt them to a newer system.”
