RevPro Owner Andy Quildan Discusses Working With Tetsuya Naito And BUSHI ‘They Know I’m A Reputable Promoter’

Andy Quildan discusses RevPro’s relationship with New Japan Pro Wrestling.

For years now, RevPro Wrestling has frequently hosted stars from the Japanese promotion. Wrestlers from NJPW like Will Ospreay, Hiroshi Tanahashi, Tomohiro Ishii, and Minoru Suzuki have all held championships in the promotion before as well, only touting the strength of the working relationship between both companies.

Speaking with Jeremy Lambert and Joel Pearl of Fightful Overbooked for a new interview, RevPro owner Andy Quildan was asked about getting to work with Tetsuya Naito and BUSHI.

“We worked with Naito and BUSHI for many years now and with our relationship with New Japan. The secret to having good relationships is always doing well by those people you’re working with. When you do that, it cultivates long-term relationships. BUSHI and Naito’s team reached out to me given the fact that we worked together closely in the past and they know I’m a reputable promoter. They knew they could trust me and they knew they could trust our talent. That was one of the biggest things as well, our talent is such a high level. It’s some of the best wrestlers in the world, and they know that firsthand through their experience working with us. They knew they would be looked after and they wouldn’t have to worry about anything. That’s exactly what happened. It was great to see them again and give them an opportunity to once again showcase themselves on an international level.

Elsewhere in the interview, Quildan got the chance to speak about RevPro Anniversary XII being a two-night event. Fans can check out his full comments on the matter by clicking here.
