Andrade El Idolo has won a championship in his first match following his WWE exit.
Andrade would depart from WWE last month on September 13th, re-signing with All Elite Wrestling and returning to the promotion on October 1st edition of AEW Dynamite, where he would attack Kenny Omega and join the Don Callis Family. Now, Andrade has stepped into the ring once again and captured championship gold.
On October 3rd, Andrade would compete in his first match following his WWE exit in Crash Pro Wrestling in Tijuana, Mexico, defeating DMT Azul to end his almost 900 day reign as Crash Heavyweight Champion, marking his first match since his exit from WWE.

Andrade last competed in WWE on the second night of this year’s WWE SummerSlam event on August 3rd, where he would challenge for the WWE Tag Team Championships.
