Alberto Del Rio To Be Part of Reality TV Show La Granja VIP
Alberto Del Rio was announced as part of the cast of the Mexican Reality TV Show “La Granja VIP” on Azteca Uno.
TV Azteca announced on their social media & on La Granja VIP’s social media that Alberto Del Rio will be part of the cast of the reality TV Show. The show features celebrities residing on a farm, similar to Big Brother or La Casa de Los Famosos.
The show is set to premiere on October 12, and more celebrities will be announced.
El Patron was previously working with AAA, holding the Mega Title until losing the belt to Hijo del Vikingo. Del Rio then lost a match against El Mesias, being excommunicated from AAA.
Sources in WWE claimed to Fightful Select that there was no plan for Del Rio in WWE. They also believed Del Rio was legitimately done in AAA. He has not appeared in AAA since his loss against El Mesias.
