AEW National Title Introduced, First Champion To Be Crowned At AEW Full Gear
AEW is introducing a new championship as Tony Khan announced the creation for the AEW National Title.
Khan said the first champion will be crowned at AEW Full Gear in a casino gauntlet match. AEW Full Gear takes place on November 22.
He also said the title will be defended across multiple promotions, including ROH and NJPW Strong.
On AEW Dynamite, Bobby Lashley and Shelton Benjamin were confirmed as entrants into the casino gauntlet.

Tony noted the history of the National Championship in Georgia Wrestling and Mid-Atlantic Wrestling.
