Live Coverage
– A vignette opens the show, showing that the Young Bucks have lost all of their money because Nick Jackson gambled it all away. This means that when they make their entrance, AEW staff are once again cracking jokes about them for being broke.
* Kenny Omega & Brodido (Bandido & Brody King) def. Josh Alexander & Young Bucks (Matt Jackson & Nick Jackson)
– Jack Perry & Luchasaurus arrive on the scene to confront the Young Bucks. After they take them out, Omega confronts Perry because he remembers that Perry singled him out back when he was a heel with the Elite. Perry ignores him and continues attacking Matt and Nick Jackson.
– Kenny Omega cuts a super babyface promo about being there for the 6 years of Dynamite. He says that through the good times and the bad times, he has become a better person. He tries to bid everybody aideu, but the lights go out, and when they come back on, Andrade El Idolo is in the ring and he’s returned to AEW, he attacks Omega and sides with Don Callis.
– There’s a highlight package showing 6 years of Dynamite moments.
– Mark Briscoe says this is a time of reflection for not only the company but for him as a person. He says his rivalry with MJF has consumed him. He says that Max cost him a chance at the TNT Title, but he’s happy that his friend Orange Cassidy is getting an opportunity tonight.
* AEW TNT Championship: Kyle Fletcher (c) def. Orange Cassidy
– El Clon, the evil Hologram, arrives on the scene and helps Fletcher win. He is also with the Don Callis Family now. The entire family poses on stage and is now a star-studded stable.
– Renee Paquette interviews Mercedes Mone. Mercedes wants to defend her TBS Title next Tuesday against somebody from Florida. She then asks who will be her tag team partner in the tournament to crown the inaugural AEW Women’s Tag Team Champions. Harley Cameron appears with her mini Mercedes Mone puppet. She asks to be her teammate. Mercedes turns her down.
* ‘Hangman’ Adam Page, Samoa Joe, and Powerhouse Hobbs def. Death Riders (Jon Moxley, Daniel Garcia, & Claudio Castagnoli)
– Throughout the match, there was tension between Samoa Joe and Hangman Page. The tension escalated after the match, but security was quick to step into the ring and intervene before both men could truly get physical. But they got physical anyway, because Joe took a shot at Page.
– There was a vignette with Mike Bailey, Willow Nightingale, and Kevin Knight. They were targeting FTR. Willow will be ringside when Kevin Knight takes on a member of FTR on Collision. Stokely Hathaway says he’s got a surprise for Willow.
– Hangman Page interviewed by Renee Paquette after a commercial break. He challenges Samoa Joe to an AEW World Title fight at AEW WrestleDream. He also tells Joe that if he ever throws a fit at him like that again, he will ruin his life.
* Toni Storm def. Tay Conti
– Toni issues a challenge for a title rematch to Kris Statlander. She appears forlorn and can’t even finish her Timeless catchphrase.
– Samoa Joe answers Page’s challenge from earlier. They will fight at WrestleDream.
* GOA (Bishop Kaun & Toa Liona) def. The Swirl (Blake Christian & Lee Johnson)
– The Demand (GOA & Ricochet) beat up Johnson and Christian after the match. The Hurt Syndicate (Bobby Lashley, MVP & Shelton Benjamin) come out. MVP says he’s no longer the wrestler he once was. He challenges them to a street fight next week. Ricochet accepts.
– Kris Statlander accepts Toni Storm’s challenge from earlier. They will fight at WrestleDream.
– Don Callis challenges Brody King and Bandido to fight Konosuke Takeshita and Kazuchika Okada next week.
* Mixed Tornado Tag Match: Kris Statlander & Darby Allin def. Death Riders (Wheeler Yuta & Marina Shafir)
– After the match, the crestfallen Toni Storm appeared on the rampway. Statlander approached her and they started to brawl. Meanwhile, Darby whipped Wheeler Yuts with his belt. PAC came out and put a stop to this. He began choking Darby with the belt. Jon Moxley and Claudio Castagnoli come out, and MOX talks trash to Darby before letting PAC close out the show by delivering a Lariat to Allin.
