Adam Copeland Cast In ‘Beekeeper 2’
Adam Copeland (Cope) has been cast in “Beekeeper 2.”
The news was first reported by Variety. Pom Klementieff has also joined the cast.
Jason Statham will return in the film.

Plot details about “The Beekeeper 2″ — including Klementieff and Copeland’s characters — are being kept under wraps, but the film is now in production. The sequel is directed by Timo Tjahjanto (“Nobody 2,” “The Shadow Strays”) and written by Kurt Wimmer, who penned the first film. (David Ayer directed the previous installment.) Producers include Statham via his Punch Palace Productions banner, Chris Long via Longshot Productions and Wimmer.
Copeland stars as Ares in “Percy Jackson and the Olympians.”
After AEW All Out, where he teamed with Christian Cage, Copeland stated that he would be stepping away from AEW for the time being to be with his family. His wife, Beth Copeland, made her AEW debut at All Out, but was taken out by a spike piledriver courtesy of FTR (Dax Harwood & Cash Wheeler).
