DEFY Wrestling announced that The Acclaimed (Anthony Bowens and Max Caster) will be at their DEFY: For The Glory event at Washington Hall on July 19. Their opponents were not named in the announcement.

Bowens and Caster are signed to AEW. They are former AEW World Tag Team Champions, and they have held the AEW World Trios Championship with Billy Gunn.
In recent months, Caster has been somewhat active on the independent scene. He has wrested at Wrestling Open events, and he has competed for A1 and CAP.
