AAA Mega Champion Dominik Mysterio Scheduled For 9/27 AAA Taping
The double champion is on his way back to AAA.
It was over the weekend in the main event of WWE x AAA Worlds Collide that, with an assist from Judgment Day and El Grande Americano, Dominik Mysterio defeated El Hijo del Vikingo to become the new AAA Mega Champion.
Mysterio is now in possession of the AAA Mega and WWE Intercontinental Championships. Mysterio’s next AAA date is September 27th at the promotion’s taping at Gimnasio Olímpico Juan de la Barrera in Mexico City.

After Dominik won the AAA Mega Title, he forced his father, Rey Mysterio, to put the title around his waist. They had an agreement beforehand that if Dominik won, Rey would put the title around him. Rey was reluctant to do so, so Domink forced him.
