TNA Honors Leon Slater’s Grandmother At Turning Point

Leon Slater paid tribute to his grandmother at TNA Turning Point 2025.
The youngest TNA X-Division Champion, Leon, defended his title against Rich Swann on the show.
It was a close match, with both wrestlers putting their all into winning their fight. In the end, Leon retained his title against Swann, and the latter even showed respect to him for the incredible performance.
Post-match, TNA honored Leon Slater’s grandmother, Valerie Slater, who recently passed away.

Leon is currently scheduled to battle NXT’s DarkState for the NXT Tag Team Championship at Gold Rush on November 18.
